Accommodation Guidelines
1.Rent must be paid by the 5th of every month, with late payments incurring a penalty.
2.A refundable security deposit is required, subject to deductions for damages or dues.
3.Only registered tenants are allowed; visitors are restricted to specific hours.
4.Tenants must maintain cleanliness and bear repair costs for damages caused by negligence.
5.Electricity beyond a certain limit will be charged extra; other utilities may or may not be included.
6.Housekeeping is provided on specific days, and tenants must allow access for cleaning.
7.Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
8.Quiet hours must be observed during specified times to maintain a peaceful environment.
9.A notice period is mandatory for vacating; violations may lead to deposit forfeiture.
10.Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings..
